Recommend a Modelhaus tire

I watched a YouTube video the other night about the Studebaker corporation and I saw a car very similar to this:

I've got an AMT '53 Studebaker Starliner kit (extremely well done for that time period) and am considering bringing it out of storage and building it factory stock like the one depicted, but I'd like to use period-correct tires.  

The brief research I did show the tires in the pic to be fairly representative of what these cars came equipped with, and to the best of my knowledge, Modelhaus is/was? the best source for them.  

I'm looking for this size (2 1/2" - 3"?) whitewall in a tire that would look correct on this 1/25 kit.  What's the best P/N to buy?

***Just checked the Modelhaus site and it looks like he's out of stock on most period whitewall tires.  Anybody else offer tires like this?

Many of Round2’s recent AMT reissues include tall early fifties’ Firestone Whitewall bias-ply tires with pad-printed Whitewall inserts like the type, you’re looking for. They have even been issued as a stand-alone parts pack some years ago.

The old Modelhaus T170 is a very wide white. In a drag slick, the T130 is a good match up.

Norm Veber had some great WW tires. I can take some pictures if it helps.

Didn't know the new versions were being issued with wide whitewalls, but that's helpful.  Already seeing the tires available on eBay, some at very reasonable prices.

I've never purchased anything from Norm, but I've heard he offers excellent products.   I look forward to seeing your pictures.
