1962 Ford Fairlane (yes you read that right.)

A quick peek at my Fairlane I purchased in a bag at Auto Rama several years ago for 10 bucks along with a bagged '62 Plymouth.

This one should be under glass in late February.

That was the very first model car i ever built i was 10 waking home from school stopped in the RX drug store on the corner saw the AMT 3-in-1 kit it was $1.49 and that was in May of 1962 it started a lifelong hobby for me 15 years ago i found one in the box in perfect shape all the parts had to have the chrome redone i paid $140.00 for it it is still on the shelf i want to build it but not sure of the colors and the way 3 years ago i was at a local show found a total stock unpainted in good shape for $15.00 that one i rebuilt can't wait to see how you go with this one.
