Kelly Posted Thursday at 12:49 AM Posted Thursday at 12:49 AM Hi everyone So here is my 2nd build It took a little pondering, but I decided to go ahead and post it. I bought the kit and opened it and found there is no engine. I liked doing the engine from my first build. I did a test fit, and was way too high. So what I call the legs that fit down into slots in the undercarriage that hold the axles down, I cut 3/16 inch off and slid the pieces down into the slots and put the axles on top of the pieces which lowered the tires up to the fenders. So cool. I then painted the cab/bed Tamiya silver mica and top Tamiya Maroon I thought a orange stripe would look good, just my shaking hands didn’t like masking off, so didn’t turn out very good. Interior hand painted Testors flat gray. Undercarriage was sprayed Tamiya light gray and hand painted detailing. So here it be. Thanks for checking in out. Happy Holidays Everyone Kelly 5 1
