RodneyBad Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 (edited) 1/24 or 1/25 scale? Good/bad/Best? 1/25 So far a good one and easy to get is out of the resent issues from AMT. 68/69 RoadRunner/GTX 70 Coronet 70 Coronet Pro Street also comes with a DOHC Hemi Revell 67 Coronet 67 GTX 68/69 Charger. Perty much any Dodge kit available except for the 69 Dart and 71 Duster A really good 1/25 Hemi is out of the old Johan Kits Sorry, I don't have a spare Monogram 1/24 Hemi Not so great 70 GTX/Runner 70 SuperBird 71 Cuda Edited May 31, 2009 by Zukiholic
RodneyBad Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 The monogram 69 Superbee is 440 six pak only... Whoops, had a motor in it from another kit. I fixed it.
Jairus Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 Nearly every dragster and funny car kit made by Revell and Monogram during the 70's had a Hemi engine! A few like the Willys came with a Cammer Ford but most were Hemi. Some AMT dragsters had beautiful engines but the best were the Revell funnys. Beautiful detailing those....
MikeMc Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 Don't forget the 392 Hemi in the 41 willys street rod kit!
B_rad88 Posted May 31, 2009 Author Posted May 31, 2009 thank you everyone for your help! i have this mad insane idea, but please don't bakeract me! Perty much any Dodge kit available except for the 69 Dart and 71 Duster and really? in the amt/ertl jhonny lighting 1970 challenger r/t (and it comes with matching die-cast) is a 440! and i beleave in the amt/ertl f&f dodge charger is a supercharged 440 too! (in the movie its a 440!) i have both of these kits! they don't look like hemis to me!
torinobradley Posted June 1, 2009 Posted June 1, 2009 The Lindberg Little Red Express has one too. How does that one shape up for accuracy?

Eshaver Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 Hey Brandon , in addition to an engine block ( 1- 1 ) like we spoke about in the P M , do yo want the kit motor from the Little Red Wgon kit ? If so, I need your address, Ed Shaver
