Any clear will work as long as it's not lacquer. I have a tendency to use a lot of Future Floor Polish when I use enamel paints. I'm not a real big fan of the enamels. Try using their acrylic lacguers. They dry quicker and come in more factory colors. Their acrylic clear is really good.

Plasti-kote is great stuff. I use it all the time. I also use Duplicolor Primer and Primer Sealer. Depends on what is cheaper at the store at the time. Any automotive lacquer primer will work. Just do light coats slowly building up layers since sometimes the lacguer can etch the plastic. I've only had this happen with some of the newer Revell kits. They changes their plastic to a softer plastic. But if it does happen, it's easy to fix by sanding.
