Hi all,

I just registered with the forum and wanted to post pictures of my recently completed Caterham 7. It is from the 1/12 scale kit by Tamiya, a really detailed multimedia kit. I made another one a few months back from the same series.

They are great fun to complete although the eyes need a little rest from time to time! Some of the pieces are only a couple of millimetres long! I prefer to leave the bonnet and nosecone off so one can see the detail in the engine bay.

All the best

Mouppe.

Hey Mouppe... what a surprise to see you here!

Hi Harry,

I was getting tired of "the other place." No disrespect, but it was just the same 5 people making 99% of the posts. Anyway, I have not been modelling much recently, but I do have a Pocher Rolls Royce in storage and a new wooden ship on the way. I had this Caterham kit lying around half-finished and wanted to clear the decks a little.

The office cabinet is getting a little cramped now with both the Pochers and the Caterhams!

Hope you have been busy and well,

Mouppe.

Absolutely Gorgeous Caterham!! :)

I've got that kit (like your red one) with all the aftermarket detail parts--------just haven't had the guts to tear into it as yet.

Space is an issue with me also-------have the room, just no cabinets/shelves to put it on! B)
