I need some help guys

I need some tires striped for Jim Rockford's 1978 Pontiac Firebird Esprite. I have the tires if someone could stripe them for me. I've tryed it on 5 diffrent sets of tires and suck at it big time.

What are you trying to strip off of them, lettering?.........white walls?..? Most of that stuff is tampo printed and paint thinner will usually take it off.

You guessed it I miss-spelled "stripe".

What kind of stripes were on those tires? Have you tried chucking an exacto into a compass and cutting decal sheet? Oh, they were factory pencil whites weren't they? I dug Rockfish, he inspired a few of my winter driving techniques growing up in Ohio. Marion, Ohio. The town that was in the Steam shovel article last issue. I think that's the first reference to the home town I've seen since I left in '77. What an odd place to finally it see it mentioned.

Yep pencil thin white walls. I'm still learning driving tips from him, I'm 14 but that dosen't mean that I don't drive
