I'm watching the movie right now as we speak. At the point where where their starting to steal the cars. I love that song "Stop The Rock".

I was wondering, has their ever been a video game based on the movie? I thought it would be awesome to start the game with the easiest car to drive and each level you get a harder one to get away with. Last level would be of coarse Eleanor with longer times, more cops, more obstacles, et'c. Would be an awesome game!

If I can find the right model kit to build Eleanor with, I'm in.

the song is: apollo 440, can't stop the rock, i like that song too! and that would be cool as hell! and i will talk to you more about a "stang" for eleanor, i might be able to help! are you im?

Yep, I know. I got the soundtrack. I was disappointed LowRider from War wasn't in there.

That is surprising that Lowerider wouldn't be on the soundtrack. Hm.

So whats the word FujimiLover, should I count you in for Eleanor?

IF you guys could possibly get your friends and stuff involved in this build, that'd be cool. So far we only have like 7 cars being built right now. I may end up taking a second car, but I have so many builds I'm apart of I can't guarantee anything.

I love that song, too. As for Eleanor, go to resinmotorsports.com. He has some Eleanor conversion kits available. You will need the AMT '67 Shelby GT350 as a donor. As for a Gone In 60 Seconds game, I believe there used to be an online game.

I'm in for Eleanor if I can get my hands on the right kit and right parts. When's our dead line? It may take me some time to get the kit's. Plus, still working on my Smart Drifter which is taking longer than excepted, just because I'm a little lazy at it.

Haha of the newer movie list?

Anything would be welcome.... what do you have and I will tell you what you should build. Lol.

dwc43 will be building the 1974 movie's version of Eleanor, I am going to let him be a part of this build with the original unicorn because if FujimiLover can get a hold of a proper 67 Eleanor, I think it'd be sweet to have both. Other than that, I can't even find a list of the cars from the first movie, nor I have ever seen it, so other than dwc43's build, the rest of the cars will be from the Nic Cage version only. Cool cool.

Here's a link to the first movie if you want to get it. It puts the Cage movie to shame. 1st link is the dvd with all the extras, 2nd link is the original movie on vhs.

ill do the 85 firebird thats getting crushed

While the Firebird kicks ass, this is a build for the boost cars, not just cars featured in the movie. Thanks though.

Just because it's scene in the movie, does not necessarily mean it's a movie car. What we are looking for is character-cars. Cars that make the movie what it is. Not back-ground's or extras.

Just a side note, what about cars that were on the list, but did NOT make it in the movie? Surely they didn't film all 50.

Plus, we really didn't get a good look at the new Mercedes, "The ones they say is unstealable." Does anybody have a good picture of the car in question?

The 2001 video re release features an all new musical score and all new sound effects. In the original video release, the sound effects made by the cars (engines, tires, crashes, etc.) is authentic.

The six original songs by Philip Kachaturian featured in pre-1999 releases of the film (but since removed in the remastering process) are: - "Gone in 60 Seconds" - "Lois Lane Blues" - "I Do Hope the Man Doesn't Catch Me" - "Big Town, Big City" - "Charriot Ride" - "Low Rider"

In my opinion when they removed the old songs from the re release of the original Gone it messed it up. So if anyone wants to see the better version get the VHS copy and watch it first before you ever buy the dvd. They are both great to have in your movie collection though.

In need of some Mustang wheels. I need the hub caps actually. The ones that have the flat center with the trim ring and the small black line between the cap and ring. I have one, but need to make a whole set. This is for the original Eleanor. I have everything else to finish this car up. I think ecept for these wheels.
