1st. I want to know if purple super clean will destroy CA glues? I kind of messed a piece up and fixed it quite easily, but I need to dechrome it so I can paint it. If super clean eats CA glue, what else could I use to dechrome it?

2nd.It's a curb side if it has no hood to open, therefore there's no engine in it either. I get that. So is it still a curb side if I mod it so part of an engine can be seen through an opening in a hood ( think hood scoop I guess) and if you can see it through the fenders and the fake tranny and oil pan half is still on the chassis tub. Still wont have a hood that opens, but you'll be able to see a good portion of the engine if you look for it.

Although I don't compete in contests, I've often wondered about this curb side thing as well.. I like to build curb side but with blowers and such poking thru the hood.. Thanks for the answer Marc

Well, I know it's a curb side, but it's a race car and I was going to mod it with an almost complete engine. You'll be able to see almost all of it if you look for it. That's why I was wondering.
