Lots of little things to do.

Been polishing all the stainless and alum. moldings

The door glass, wing windows, felts, rubber seals and chrome trim are now installed.

This is a factory air cond. car so it has tinted glass (69 Chevy's only air cars had tinted glass)

The tailgate molding is on. We just got the rear bed 4 corners back from the chrome plater and will be installed next.

All the air cond. parts are on and waiting on hoses and then ready to charge it up

I know it doesn't look like it but, the wireing is ready to install the dash. We also bought the repro accesory gauge package with the tac and other gauges which was a option on all 69 Chevelles. I will have photos of completed dash later

Getting ready to send out the car next month for windshield, rear glass, headliner and custom exhaust!

Irvin , when I was still resoring cars back until the middle 1990's, I was and always will be afraid of fresh paint . Common man you know one missed move and BAMO __________ scratch ! I know it happened to me so many time I could spit rivets! Still , gotta tell ya not only was the Nassau Blue one of my all time favorite G M colors , the 68-9 ElCaminos were and are the hansomest trucks out there bar none . I only hope you have the current Colectable Automobile as the magazine for August features these trucks in full detail ! Ed Shaver
