Eshaver
these models were built several years ago and so many of you have asked me as to how many gas pump models I have actually done . Well, I guess I have pretty near 150 right now . The pump on the left is a 1930 Tokiem model 620 made from 1925 to around 1941 with a very rare Texaco 1932 Firechief Premium globe that was only made for 1932. the center pump is also a sought after pump as the company only lasted a few years . It's a 1923 Beacon 5 galllon with a one piece White Eagle / Mobil ( READ EXPENSIVE ) globe from about 1936 The pump on the right is a somewaht rare 5 gallon Dart Goward Jounior from 1925 selling Meterior gasoline , an independent jobber then . James Flowers
Nice set of pumps. I remember seeing a few old pumps when I was a kid. I always thought the glass ones were pretty neat looking. I thought it was cool cause you could see the gas in them.
diymirage
you know when i was 16-17 years old my only means of transportation were mopeds sometimes they were puchs, sometimes they were hondas, yamahas or suzukis i think i even had a zundaph at one point with the ecception of one completly restored suzuki TSX (with working oil pump) all these mopeds required premix of 50-1 gas to oil (i beleive the brits call it petroil) in those days moped were a common sight in the motherland and i remember more then a few small town gas stations that used this kind of pumps to mix and dispense this petroil nice pieces you build
