Brizio Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 (edited) Hello guys! This is my last work. The model is a Tamiya Lola Ford T93/00 Duracell drove by Raul Bosesel in 1/20. It is kind of the Snap Kit Revell. This kit was already build, and gave to me to a SABA member a the last club reunion (August). During the reunion, I start to remove some parts for see who made it, but nothing... Some members guess was made by Tamiya... So searched on internet and yes, was made by Tamiya. Here all the parts removed... On the model the decals were missing, so I ask Tamiya if they could send me some. So last week I received a yellow envelope fro Tamiya!!! New decals.... And here the model buid... All open... Engine... Front... Edited September 17, 2009 by Brizio
chris coller Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 Very nice build! I love the subtle and pronounced details on this car. Always wondered what a detailed version of this car would look like and you have capture it very well.
Dragline Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 A beautiful ressurection if I have ever seen one. The detail and paint are perfect. And Kudos to Tamiya for sending replacement decals. There is customer service still out there, although to be fair Revell/Monogram are doing the same thing. Well done. Bob F

I had a lot of fun to build it, a different subject from what I'm used to build (Jeep)... @Dragline, not perfect, perfect... But nice.... I couldn't find to much info about the 1/1...
Nick F40 Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 Wow, very nicely detailed and well done. My favorite engine tuner!
