'69 Scrambler

Working on a '69 Scambler with the engine, chassis, and interior complete.

That looks real nice so far Jim. I been meaning to dig mine out and work on it, but usually don't feel like dealing with all the flash.

You ain't kidding with flash. I've never had a model with so much on it. Probably took me a good hour to get the garbage off. I rattle canned the body in Testor's Blazing Red but had issues - it's in the purple pond right now. I hope to shoot again later in the week, but it'll be a maroon next time.

I changed the hood scoop too. I never cared for the factory scoop. Too big for a smaller car.

WOW!!! That is looking great! What flocking did you use? It looks really good!

Ken's Fuzzi Fur in Bright Red flocking. Elemer's Glue used over the painted surface.

I should be done with it later this week ansd will post on "Under Glass" then.

I also meant to ask what GREY that is that you used for the chassis and tranny?
