Thanks Don,

Excellent tips very well done. I have replaced the needle bearings in the Badger 200 and the 175 Crescendo. Badger told me to push it out the front of the airbrush and to put the new one in from the front. I use a brass rod of the diometer of the hole in the body of the airbrush and gently tap out the old and in with the new. I always pulll the needle out of the front when cleaning because pulling out the back with dried paint tends to wear the seal out quicker.

Thanks Don. Extremely informative. I've had a Badger airbrush for a million years and never use it. I'm now trying to use up all my rattle cans so I'll be forced to use the airbrush. You're commentary is helping that decision.

Thank you for your comments. I tried to make something that I could have used when I first got my airbrush. If you have any suggestions, please send them my way. My address is on the website.

Thanks again,

Don
