'50 Chevy Heapy Cheapy

I am at a loss . I spotted a '50 Chevy what looks to be a business coupe in resin and lost track of it . I know of the TKM , not the same as it had seperate bumpers , grille . Also , did not have a galvinized metal chassis ect. included in the kit as TKM. this was on Evilbait and i lost in the overspend wars as I refused to pay more than I had planned . Ehen you are on a fixed income you tend to bid carefully . Thanx for your help ..

I wish it was . MWC offers a '51 Sedan . It has a longer roof . I think TKMs is the same long roof sedan . This kit represented a business coupe with a shorter roof . The '49 and '50 had different rear fenders with belting . A typical shifting of trim and a slight grille change were the visual differences . I believe the '51 & '52 MYs had 1/4 panels instead the fenders on the rear of the body . Please correct me if I am wrong . I thank you for your offer , I do appreciate it . Help ...and thanx..

I would sure like to find a good resin also. I have a very old SCMiller resin but it is barely worth building. Appears to be a knockoff of a Banthrico pot metal bank.

Oh yeah ; this is the one I seek . Now , who offered it in resin ? It was a coupe like this one . It looks close enough to a '49 to convert Randy at Perry's Resin and fudge the grille . Just food for thought . Thanx
