Trying to do something with the AMT Louisville Hoopy kit 6460

My kit came with 2 copies of the outer page and not the inside.

I'm missing steps 10 through 19; Cab, Box, Liftgate

If someone could scan the inner sheet and post it here or send a printable copy to my Email I would appreciate it.
