catpack68 Posted October 22, 2009 Posted October 22, 2009 i just started working on this one.a bandit resins body using a amt 66 nova doner kit.the wheels are from the revell 50 ford truck kit.the front tires are from revell honda tuner kit.the chrome was stripped from the front bumper and the grill was removed so i can put a model car garage photoetched non SS grill in it.i should have it painted by this weekend.here are a couple of pics.

I built a whole rear subframe and tubed it for 22 inch rims and then put a scotts hot rods front frame clip on it. I loved that car. I didnt want to give it back to him.

catpack68 Posted October 24, 2009 Author Posted October 24, 2009 thanks for the comments guys.the colors will be green and black based on a real 66 nova coupe i seen at a local car show back in the summer.the engine wiil be the kit engine mated to a automatic trans from the AMT 70 monte carlo kit.i have not decided on a interior color yet.i hope to have some updates soon.
