Here is a 1972 Chevy Truck I lowered.

It doesnt seem slick to me, cars seem to run good on it.

No the front wheels dont touch. They are just a tab bit above the surface of the track. I hate cars that have the front wheels 1/4 inch off the track. I like mine to look like there driving down the track. I believe the track surface is made out of Corian.

Here is a 60 impala I started on a little over a year ago and just lost track of time and interest on it. A few weeks ago I was clearing out some old slot car parts and came across it so I desided to finish it. I painted it in House of Colors Majack blue then put the stickers on it and clear over them with automotive clear. It took me forever to finish the project but it turned awesome.

I guess not. I really want to attend 1 of these shows. Im amazed what people can build with some plastic.

Im not sure if the pic is fake or not, but I have seen it in real life. I own a transport company and I watched a guy do it with a chevy nova. He was backing it on and he tapped the gas a little to hard and it went right off the top and landed on it roof. I almost crapped my pants. lol

Im not sure how many people on here are from Florida but in Ocoee florida there is a new slot car track opening up. They have a hillclimb and figure 8 track and a REALLY nice 1/4 mile drag track. They should be opening somewhere around the 20th.

I am painting the top of the car House of Colors Majac Blue and the bottom is going to be silver. I will probably paint some parts on the motor blue and the centers of the rims. I am going to Vegas for a week, so when I get back in town im going to bust it out. Im really digging this car. I cant wait to get it done so I can see it run down the track.

Lastnight I was able to do a little work on the car. I mounted the blower motor, made a wing and made some exhaust tips. So far its turning out pretty good. I cant wait till its done.

This is a 1960 Impala I am building. I got started on it a few months ago and got busy with other things and im finally getting back to it. So far the frame is 70% finished. Once I deside on a motor and mount the body I will finish the frame up. Heres a few pics. Tonight im planning on mounting the blower motor and starting the rear wing.
