I would love to take some pics of them on the track but our local track closed down a month ago. We are praying that a new store opens by the first of the year. There is a lot of talk but nothing has happened yet. The cars range in speed, my father has no rime or reason to what motor is going to race with, some of them are fast running 60 mph doing the quater mile in under a 1.00 and the smaller motors are running 40 mph and at 1.30 time.

Im here for the build. A few years ago I did a whole lot of metal work on his nova wagon. I built a whole rear subframe and tubed it for 22 inch rims and then put a scotts hot rods front frame clip on it. I loved that car. I didnt want to give it back to him.

You did an amazing resto. Looks great. I would be nervous of coming off the track and hitting the wall and messing it all up. lol

Yes I built the Chassis. I bought the WRP kit and built the rest myself. Since that pic I wasnt real happy with the stance and the front bumper so far off the track so I have done some sanding on the bottom of the car and repinned it. I do have an interior for it but I have to trim it up a little more cause the back wheels hit it. In this pic with the new stance you can see the interior in it.

Where did you get the air bags from, or did you make them?

Um Im going to try and get my stuff done this weekend on sat so I can maybe go out there sunday. Sounds like it will be a good day.

There was a really nice slot car track in leesburg fl with 3 road course tracks and a 1/4 drag strip but they just closed last sunday.lol. Sorry. There talking about reopening but who knows. Time will tell.
