george 53 Posted November 7, 2009 Posted November 7, 2009 Well, you asked for honesty, so I'll be honest an tell you that your prices are too high. Even Micheal's Crafts prices are lower than yours,WITHOUT a coupon. 25.00 for a kit is too much. And when you add shipping, there's no reason to order anything from your store. Sorry to be so blunt, but, that's the truth. I do wish you succes in your venture an hope you do well. I don't know if the Canadian/U.S exchange rate would make a difference, but it might. As I said, I wish you much luck in your endevour.

Awfully hard to compare prices where you are in the US, to where I am in Canada. If you did happen to notice, the site is in Canada, and all the pricing is in Canadian funds. Revell kits that I am selling for $22, I dare you to find it at a Micheal's here in Canada for less than $27, ones I sell for $25, are more like $29.99 at Michaels here. Hard to compare US prices in a US hobby shop with those in CDN funds in a CDN shop. As far as high prices.....compared to most shops and the few locations (like Michael's) that actually carry models up here, my prices are actually quite reasonable, not to mention the selection I have for kits. You aren't going to walk into a Michael's and find any AMT/Round 2 kits, least not the Michael's in Canada!
