I hope to get a subscription soon, being on disability, I have to plan things out a few months, I am hoping to get a subscription in Jan. or Feb.

You can sign up for a subscription on the website, but you will need a credit/debit card. If you want the January issue, then you need to sign up now because it takes about 30 days to get the first issue started. http://www.modelcarsmag.com
