Reliable Resin Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 Maybe Don could be more straight up with his customers and be more polite that would help alot he told me it would be 4-6 weeks well its over 3 months now i think that is BS and when he does finally reply to my emails he trys to say he sent it 3 weeks ago and is sending my order again out of good faith it probably would have helped if he sent in the first place 3 weeks ago i just want my order is that too much to ask for? its getting to the point where i dont even think im ever going to get my order Jason .... I'm assuming that you have indeed received my *DIRECT* email ,,,,, correct emil me here DIRECTLY ...... 1st thing NEXT WEEK Happy Holidays

Reliable Resin Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 I have made 5 or 6 purchases from Don and have had no major issues. The last ordered took a little extra time but he kept me informed with several emails before I even contacted him about the order. He tossed in several nice freebies for the extra wait. Quality has always been good. I had never worked with any resin product before and have been very happy with the results I have been getting with his product. Don makes some very unique parts that I have never seen anywhere else. I buy from many different resin casters and I am very glad they are here for our hobby to help guys like me build the cars I have always wanted. Just my experience.
Reliable Resin Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 Jeez, this "Reliable" guy sure seems to have/attract ALL the bad luck... over the last several years, he seems to be getting ALL the deliveries of 'bad' resin, and his luck with the USPS and 'lost' packages is astronomically unbelievable!! But, to his credit, he DOES seem to have an unlimited amount of excuses to sell.. I mean.. give everyone. I'll take two dogs with everything, Jeff! Well I haven't been bitten by a Spider ...............yet .... LOL

gbdolfans Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 Hi Guys,I have been dealing with customers and the public for more years than most of you kids have been on planet Earth. I am talking 40+ years.( OLD FART ALERT). As Yoda said in Star Wars,or close to it,You either do or don't do, there is no try. If you are selling to someone, you need to get the product to the customer ASAP or do not sell anything. I know there are going to be delays from time to time but, that should be very rare. I makes me shake my head when sellers constantly come up with excuses.

And, if your customer service wasn't spotty, why would be people be coming here constantly with complaints about it? Moreoever, why are you the ONLY aftermarket vendor they seem to complain about? Smoke ... fire. 'Nuff said. Not that I really care how you run your business, because, honestly, before I'd entrust you with any of my money, I'd take it out and light it on fire and watch it burn to ashes. I have a feeling I'd get about equal value that way! Is it JUST ME or has anyone Noticed that , every thread / topic ref: Reliable Resin ( good / bad ) The "same guys" time & time *again .... are always "chiming in" w/ neg energy ... everytime !!! ( IMO ) Then again , maybe it's just me & my personal perspective Also noticed, that these same individuals ... really don't build that much , or they do & don't post pics of their efforts in modeling One would think w/ all the time that the spend in front of the computer , if they had something to show ... they'd post them ( just my 2 cents ) Happy Holidays

Why don't we hear this sort of dog pucky about Reps and Mins?, or modelmartin?, or modelhause? Why is it always comming from YOUR CUSTOMERS?
