I built the Monogram Datsun 4x4 kit in the '80s when it was first released. Pretty simple kit with a silly looking skid plate on the front end, but it went together easily.

Those have to be the most boring wheels ever included in a 4x4 kit.

Nick......i sold a lot of real ones in the 80s like that, we had one come in that was a freak....4cyl 5 speed turbo 4x4.....it would really run, had a lot of fun doing burn-outs with it.....your photos show its about the same shape as my older one......i got it at a garage sale years ago for i think only 2.00 but its missing rear bumper, gate, taillights under bed hub caps....otherwise complete 2wd wide box stock version truck....dont know the name of the kit or remember the body style year....ugly but odd enough to be a neat build....mark
