Something new from Hawk/Lindberg.....but it's not a kit

..... it's the new display cases for 1/24th and 1/25th scale kits.

What first grabbed me was the cool diamond plate design chrome plated base, but more important is the size. They are longer then the cases I had been using.

At 10 3/8 L, x 4 5/8 W, x 3 3/4 H inside at the base, my Snap Fast Silverado Extended Cab Duelly fits easily even with the tailgate down.

Here's a comparison showing the generic cases I've been using. My Ford F350 Camper Special barely fits.

Even this J.F. conversion for the Ecto 1 Caddy fits with room to spare, and the Johan Hearse - Ambulance kits will fit too.
