Are there sources for 1/25th scale after market parts such as mud flaps, working lights, seat belts, and the hose harnesses that one sees on the real deal?

...any many more.

As far as working lights, there are many LED and scale model light sources, popularly used on model trains, but can be adapted for model trucks or cars.
