the "gallery"

would someone care to explain this "Gallery" thing and how it works? was it ever actually announced and explained and i just missed it?

i cant seem to see more than a couple of photos from what i assume is a growing collection of images.

is there some criteria for posting images there?

Go to the Gallery and create your own.

Click on 'Members Gallery' and name yours and add pics of your builds.

THAT is the idea. Most recent 5 or 6 Gallery additions end up on the front page...... Encouraging YOU to add to your own Members Gallery frequently.

I asked about this not long ago...I assume the idea is that the "Gallery" section only shows a few pictures, and the viewer is then supposed to click into the member profile of the person that posted them to see the full selection?

After selecting 'Gallery', select 'Members Gallery'.

Then, select 'New Album'

Then, 'Create Album'

Add in your pics as you like. Your pics will be in the Main Page Gallery strip until someone else adds to THEIR OWN GALLERY, where yours will be bumped down the line until you update YOUR album again.

pics must be on YOUR computer not a photohost...

and 1g or less..

ok i gotcha, thanks for that. its nice to not have to go through an intermediate host. its really a great feature so i was wondering if i was the only one who didnt know about it.

So doing this is also what makes the strip on your profile when others click on it huh??
