Help with, Rust-oleum

[GOTH KUSTOMS]

Ok went to my favorite parts store, and instead of Dupli-color auto paint, they had rust-oleum, figures, any way i grabed a can of lacquer thinner, heres my question, has anybody used this stuff to cut HOK paint? its Medium drying, high solvency....

That is the type the guy at BlackGold told me to use.Different brands at different stores. I have Dupli-Color.
