buc378 Posted February 17, 2010 Posted February 17, 2010 1 was looking through a worlds greatest wrecker book this morning and saw a 1988 377 wrecker with a single axle all wheel drive and lockers it also has a 67" sleeper.a allison auto trans with a hydraulic retarder and electronic shift and a cummins 400 with a jake bake.and a century 40/24 wheel lift.has any one ever seen or built one of these.it is built for tough terrain .thanks ronnie

buc378 Posted February 20, 2010 Author Posted February 20, 2010 it is vol. 1 i think.as there are no numbers on it.so i think it is the 1st one.the truck on the front is a purple KW owned by clinton hwy.the truck i am talking about is on page 102 in the worlds greatest tow trucks.it is owned by summit towing.i am fixing to post a pic. if you can scan a couple please do .my pics are taken with a camera of the book.dont know how they will come out.could not get scanning to work,.
