I'd like to get someone to print some decals for me, I'm willing to trade for them and to be honest there isn't much to printing these, they will need a clear decal paper though.

Check out this place for inkjet decal paper. http://www.texascraft.com/hps/home.php

You don't have to buy a whole lot as they sell samples. Just make up the decals on your pc and print them on the paper with your inkjet printer, then overcoat them with a clear coat and when dry you are ready to go. Only thing is that inkjet printers do not print in white, so if ya got white in your decals it will show up as clear.

You can get white ink jet decal paper. The biggest problem with using white decal paper is that you have to physically trim every decal. This can be hard with small shapes and nearly impossible with small letters. Another problem there is if there isn't a colored outline around your white shape or letters, you don't know where to cut. Consider using white press type letters.
