Lownslow Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 nailpolish is drying and interior is done. should i match the spokes on the wheel to the body or go gunmetal
Blake Rogers Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 gunmetal man or leave them the way they are great color choice
tuffone20 Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 I'm with Moparfan on this one, gunmetal or leave as they are. looking good so far.
Mooneyzs Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 (edited) I think you should paint the rims Gunmetal or even flat black. This build is looking good. Edited March 1, 2010 by Mooneyzs
diymirage Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 if there are no other gunmetal accents on the car i would NOT paint the spokes gunmetal because the ratio of colours whould be off if it were my build i would iehter paint the spokes bodycolour OR paint the spokes, fuelcap, front splitter and rear lip gunmetal
whale392 Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 Either Gunmetal, or satin coat the spokes. Even an Antique Bronze color would go well with the Blue hue you have on the car now (of course, these are merely the opinions of a raving madman!).
Lownslow Posted March 2, 2010 Author Posted March 2, 2010 wheels look better now, coated them with flat clear and painted the webbings the centercaps are gunmetal
Mooneyzs Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 wheels look better now, coated them with flat clear and painted the webbings the centercaps are gunmetal The Rims looks great like that. I like it
whale392 Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Much nicer than body color. They would even look good with the lips polished (clear flat removed).
stevebarry Posted March 7, 2010 Posted March 7, 2010 That's a nice job. The colour looks good, pretty close to the twilight blue '02 special edition colour.
