oldscool Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 Here's one more that I got the chassis work done on. Tried to paint the body today but it went straight into the stripper for another day. Oh well, I painted three bodies today and only screwed this one up so I'm not too disappointed. This one is straight OOB as is my usual style. Comments and criticism welcome. oldscool
diymirage Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 are those the kits headers or are they home made ?
Len Woodruff Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 Those are the headers in all of the Revell "Big Block" 69 Camaro's
diymirage Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 Those are the headers in all of the Revell "Big Block" 69 Camaro's they look home made without the flanges
oldscool Posted March 8, 2010 Author Posted March 8, 2010 They are the kit headers unmodified. The headers are one of the weaker points in this kit IMO. They just butt join to the heads with no locating holes or pins. I used super glue and they seem to be fairly secure. oldscool
