Chrome plating ??

A friend asked if there is a place in Alabama that chrome plates plastic. I had no clue, but I figured someone here might know. SO can someone help? If not in 'Bama somewhere real close by?

In this site they put instruction of how you prepare the pieces in order to chrome them.
