philo426 Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 I got home from work and I spotted this cool early '70s Caddy hearse in front of my house near the post office. Now that would make an interesting conversion project!
Harry P. Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 Hmmm..... kind of a cheerful color for a hearse!
Ben Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 Didn't Johan make a kit of that? I might be off on the year model?
chebbysteve Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 Wouldnt really want to see it parked in front of my house, not at my age. Nice looking hearse... Steve
Scalper Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 Didn't Johan make a kit of that? I might be off on the year model? Yes they did. I have that kit. but no box anymore was the heavenly hurse. but I think it was a caddy form the 60's
Scalper Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 The Jo-Han kit was a '66. I've got 7 or 8 of them I envy you. wish I could find all the peices for mine.
Nick Winter Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 As long as it's not parked near my house I'm happy, Hearse's give me the creeps.
Madd Trucker Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 I owned a hearse back in 1966 and late 67 was a 1948
lizardlust Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 (edited) Either a 1971 or 1972 Miller-Meteor Landau endloader - looks to be nice and unmolested!!! Edited March 23, 2010 by lizardlust
disabled modeler Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Id drive it, put an engine in the back and have fun....
Harry P. Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Either a 1971 or 1972 Miller-Meteor Landau endloader - looks to be nice and unmolested!!! You seem to know way too much about hearses...
disabled modeler Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 There just cars.... cars made for a specific purpose, to become wild drag or street cars.
highway Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 I got home from work and I spotted this cool early '70s Caddy hearse in front of my house near the post office. Now that would make an interesting conversion project! Where should I send the flowers to?
Railfreak78 Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 That is the right year AND the right color but wrong color roof of the one I want! Or black with with a crushed velvet interior with black lights. Man I love that car! I want a hearse so bad but I'm picky on the years and yes the Caddy/ Meteor is the combo I want too good catch Lizardlust. Nice pic too
RodneyBad Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Maybe they know something you don't know?? I'd drive one..
