I really like the stance and proportion of your rod. The no overhang thing on the front, and the long cowl-to-axle centerline distance really gives the car an aggressive, powerful look. As for the Flattie, it's a nice change from the old small block Chevy. Sweet.

Tha more I think about it, yur right Steve, tha engine is just too subtle. Would look better with a front-mounted, crank-driven supercharger feeding yur top-mounted puffer! An' feed tha crank-driven supercharger with 2 side-mount Weber carbs.....or downdraft Webers on a bundle of snakes intake manifold......

what are your plans for the interior? i have a suggestion, if you have an AMT avanti kit in your parts stash: those little bucket seats and the rear seats, painted to simulate leather in your choice of color. i used them in my 28 sedan and think they look the part without looking all "puffy" like the stock seats do. i dig the SCOT too; finding something appropriate to build one into is my problem. also digging those wheels and tires. cool so far!

Thanks for the recent interest in this post... Its an old one and the model is much farther along than shown. I'm staying with the kit interior... its already finished!

So when is Gregg gonna finish his Falcon? Hopefully before that salty air rusts it into an undistinguishable lump.
