lordairgtar Posted March 28, 2010 Posted March 28, 2010 Here is the latest project I'm working on. I am backdating a Sportwagon to 1970. Methinks the Airfix/Lindberg people did a quick copy of Monogram's old Firebird as the shapes are similar and fit very well together.
Space Cowboy Posted March 28, 2010 Posted March 28, 2010 Man i swear i have seen this some where before. I think it is a great idea to use the 70 nose. Keep us looking by posting more pics..
DanielG Posted March 28, 2010 Posted March 28, 2010 I have ordered a '79 die-cast to convert. I will be watching this to plunder any good ideas!
lordairgtar Posted March 28, 2010 Author Posted March 28, 2010 (edited) Plunder away. I just wish I had a better camera. I'm going to create a Camaro version from the other Sportwagon kit I have. The Revell Streetburner kit does have a wider body and slightly different lines that will be an issue. Edited March 28, 2010 by lordairgtar

DanielG Posted March 28, 2010 Posted March 28, 2010 As well as the Firebird they also did a '68 GTO wagon, lots of possibilities out there!
