lrlocke01 Posted April 6, 2010 Author Posted April 6, 2010 Dood, where's the pictures? Having trouble w/ pic sizes.
Jordan White Posted April 6, 2010 Posted April 6, 2010 (edited) Better, and the weathering looks great! Only thing I could see an error in is the driver's seat. If the vehicle got muddy while driving, the driver's seat would be clean where a person would be sitting (top of the cushion, and front of the seatback). Also, the steering wheel rim would probably be clean, or at least the mud smudged from moving the hands around. Oh, and the inner wheel wells are too clean. They would have a bunch of dirt and grime in them from the tires spinning. Edited April 6, 2010 by YJIslander
Tumbler75 Posted April 6, 2010 Posted April 6, 2010 Jeeps and Mud/Dirt!!!! What's not to love! Great job on your "first attempt!" Looks like you are a natural for this sort of thing. Great work!!
jedimastergary Posted April 6, 2010 Posted April 6, 2010 Looks great the dirt adds realism to it makes it look like it had a hard day at play and was put away dirty after getting stuck in the mud
RodneyBad Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Nice looking jeep and nice Muddin. Driver seat could be cleaner but I've had a muddy seat while wheelin b-4 too. And I had my doors on Great work..
voljeepx Posted April 10, 2010 Posted April 10, 2010 Nice work on a great Jeep! Really like the weathering on it.
nails3825 Posted April 10, 2010 Posted April 10, 2010 A jeep should never be clean in my opinion You did an excellent job!
Murphy's Law Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Super job on the weathering! I agree though that the wheel-wells need to be hit... As for the seat, eh, when you're jeepin', everything gets muddy. I've come home with more mud inside than out. Try using a nasal sprayer with some thinned paint on a piece of scrap. I did it on a 4x4 I'm doing and was tickled with the results.
