lordairgtar Posted April 6, 2010 Posted April 6, 2010 I saw something new, but I am sure you guys have seen it. I found clear Elmer's glue at Micheals while looking for spray adhesive. I am trying it out on some clear window pieces on a model. Regular Elmer's just doesn't get clear enough for me.
Fletch Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 Gregg, for the past several years I've been using Formula '560' Canopy Glue. It is produced by Pacer Technology the same people who produce ZAP CA glues. It's pretty simple to use, just apply to one surface, secure it with tape or some kind of weight, let it cure and there you go. It applies like white glue but cures completely clear and unless you try to up your fingers through the window doesn't fail. I have build from 15 years ago that have never been a problem with the glass or headlights coming out. Hosted on Fotki
