WOW, this is looking like something I would drive with pride and a smile. Looks great man. I will definately be watching this one.

OK then, not much to see today but what was done took some time. Worked on the driver's door, opened up the door latch handle and tore out the speaker. Tried to make the interior panel/armrest look like it is about to fall off. Finished the glove box and cut off the hinge on the passenger door, it will be 'welded' in place, the glove box takes up the space the hinge wanted to occupy.

I will have to check out the interweb for more interior pics to see how else I can abuse this thing!

Thanks for the vote of confidence Gary but there is a long way to go yet! I still have to line the interior and make some sort of 'cage' and then there is the rear suspension ( it really does not have one, basically just sort of bolted to the undersides) to sort of tart up a bit.

New interior door panels...

made with the jim dandy Matel Vacuform. The most useful thing left from my childhood (since my electric drill packed it in after 50 years!). The only bad thing is having to make sheets by drilling out all the holes!

Looks fantastic with the weathering, and I have to say I'm really diggin' the Buick 8!

Thankyou. This build is becoming a test-bed for any new (to me) methods that I discover or steal!
