Nick Winter Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 What companies make reasonabley priced dual wheels, of all styles preferabley the non, AMT Snap kits and F350 wheels.
Jordan White Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Modelhaus has them, but they are 13 bucks for an unplated set (with tires). Dunno how much a Canuck would pay.

Nick Winter Posted April 8, 2010 Author Posted April 8, 2010 Yeah, the '92 AMT Dually. Ahh I've got a few sets from that Chevy
Jordan White Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Haha are the rear wheels separate, solid like the AMT Snap Dodge Ram Dually, or with the outer wheel only like the Ford F-350 kit?

Jordan White Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Bah...oh well. In any case, that's the only place I can think of that sells em.
highway Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Nick, are you looking for the wheels for wreckers from your other thread? If so, newer style wheels from the Ford F350 would be your best bet. My 1/1 scale 1990 Ford F350 was a wrecker at one point in it's life, and that is what is on it. I seen some somewhere, but can't find them right now! I think Ma's Resin is supposed to make some, but not on his site yet. If you want older fifty or sixty style wheels, check these out at Scale Equipment Ltd. http://www.seltd.net/24601cp.html Of course, if you want a "showy" style Alcoa wheel, 1/32 scale Alcoas from a big rig look real nice as a 1/24(25) scale dually wheel.
JamesW Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 There's someone on Ebay that sells a set of resin Alcoas. They fit the AMT tires. Keep an eye out for them.
