Hi...as I said last time ,I am changing the concept model of the MPC Texaco Service Station to a Tire Center . I am almost done with the interiors , finished the back wall , finished the inside roof of the bathrooms and the closet, the counter , wheel exhibition and the inside tire rack. Now I will continue with the inside and outside accesories. I used the Sand Stone (concrete color) Fine Textured Decorative Finish spray by Rust Oleum ''American Accents'' for the front concrete street. It realy is more gray than it appears in th photo, and it actualy feels and looks like concrete......read me soon ....Barbo. http://s123.photobucket.com/albums/o295/mb4985/100_0832.jpg http://s123.photobucket.com/albums/o295/mb4985/100_0833.jpg http://s123.photobucket.com/albums/o295/mb4985/100_0837.jpg http://s123.photobucket.com/albums/o295/mb4985/100_0838.jpg http://s123.photobucket.com/albums/o295/mb4985/100_0840.jpg http://s123.photobucket.com/albums/o295/mb4985/100_0842.jpg

Hi...zebm1...actually, I am not having years of weather in this diorama , it will be a new tire center , that just opened to the public. I am not a too much ''years weather model builder'' I like to see things neet. I understand otherwise that it would look better with years of weather. Thanks for you comments, ..........Barbo.

Your shop is coming along nicely. I have one of these stuffed in my closet. Hopefully it'll get built before I retire. Until then, I'll keep collecting parts I need.

Hi...George......I checked out your new diorama pics, it looks great . If you can , try to have a figure in you next diorama. The figures in a diorama helps the scale presentation and it adds life. I always have at least one or two figures in my dioramas . If you do so with this one , let me know and please send photos. You can also have a small dog or cat ,what ever you like...........Barbo.

George.....perhaps you did not understand what I meant about adding figures to the diorama. I was not talking about all you dioramas , I was talking about the diorama that you said ''re-arranged'' the Street Scene Dec.2006. It does not have a figure in the exterior ...every modeler has the liberty to do whats best for him...sorry for my comment. I drink coffee 3 times a day ..its a ''Boricua'' tradition and will not change it for nothing...just having fun with my hobby............Miguel Barbosa.
