mopar mad aussie Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 G'day, long time lurker first time poster. Can any one shed some light on Amt kit #31829 1971 Corvette convertible http://www.oztion.com.au/vshops/previewpic.aspx?itemid=3479555&tid=&picnum=1&#pic is this kit based on the Amt kit #6080 1972 Corvette convertible 350 LT-1 from 1990 or is it based on the Amt annual? TIA Andy Willoughby
george 53 Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 Wecolme Andy! We have quite a few Aussies here and you guys ALWAYS surprise me at how well you got "OUR" car culture down! Not that it BELONGS to us, but I still think you guys build cars JUST as cool as our, even if you DO drive on tha WRONG side of the road, or steer from the wrong side of the car!!! Enjoy Andy, I THINK you'll like it here.
Junkman Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 ..., or steer from the wrong side of the car Err, like us, they actually steer from the right side of the car.
mopar mad aussie Posted April 29, 2010 Author Posted April 29, 2010 Thanks for the info Mark. I got the '90 issue on the way in the post, I just wasn't sure about the reissue, you can never tell with Amt what's going to be in the box. I'm going to grab some more of these kits. I have plans for these bad boys! btw George I thought you yanks drove on the wrong side of the road ;-)
