Jim Gibbons Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Long, continuous clapping for your photographer! However...this a model CAR message board, not a board to post runway models!
highway Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Long, continuous clapping for your photographer! However...this a model CAR message board, not a board to post runway models! Yeah, but it is a nice change of pace!! Anyway, a beautiful woman ALWAYS makes a car look even better!!
pharr7226 Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 or two LOL! It's hard to say anything about this build that was not already said. No I'll just say beautiful work Bro. You flocked the floor without the rollbar. How do you bond the roll bar to the floor after the floor has been flocked.
Tumbler75 Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 Romell your lady has a great eye for photography! Stunning pictures and the stripes from the kit are perfect for this build! Great work and great save! *tips hat and both of ya for a job well done* PERFECT TEAM!

How do you bond the roll bar to the floor after the floor has been flocked. its simple you just scrap the flock away from where the rollbar will be glued, not an issue. and my rollbar fits so good I may not glue it in at all.

Romell R Posted July 9, 2010 Author Posted July 9, 2010 The kit decals look like Revell had them in mind just for you, Romell! So, now are you going to take the pics to the body man and give him a last minute revision for the 1:1? Also, a big two thumbs up for the wife, the pics are great! Actually I will be letting my paint man see the model, hes a differant person than my bodyman. I wont be taking the car in for paint untill I get the rollcage wielded in.

highway Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 Romell, thanks so much for showing the step by step on the Optima (hope I spelled that right ) battery!! I knew they were supposed to be simple to make from tubing, but it is sometimes much easier to see it take shape! I might just have to get brave enough to try it now!
