yellowtruck99 Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 (edited) Hey all, my wife and I just got back Aruba (great place, first time there). When we were there it amazed me at all the different cars from what I'm used to here in the US. I took some pics, my wife ws getting annoyed towards the end because I would stop and just start taking pictures of cars and not the the beach, but here are some, hopefully these might give some people ideas on news models to make: and no my wife isn't a giant, she is only 5'3" An oldie Nissan 280z in really great shape for being on an island with 80% hummidity and salt ever where A "Chevy" not a Chevrolet pick-up as noted by the emblame on the tailgate A Toyota 4 door (early 90's) Hilux short bed Newer Toyota Hilux A Mitsubishi Patrol SUV (6 cylinder turbo charged diesal) Edited May 28, 2010 by yellowtruck99
Greg Cullinan Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 Hope you had a nice trip. Looks like it I do the same thing and my wife thinks I'm crazy Also have almost 20 years in the roofing business so I admire and inspect them while on Vacation!
Wagoneer81 Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 Yeah, you're like me in that respect. When I go to car shows, my buddies are snapping pictures of the shiny, visually loud billet monsters and I'm taking pictures of the ratrods and things like an old worn out '50-something Mercury Turnpike Cruiser or the Olds Vistacruiser thats sitting beside the billet monster... Or the old Stude on the trailer in the swap meet area... Thanks for the Pics!!! Gives a whole new meaning to the term "Mini-van"...
