Revell 70 Dodge Challenger 2'1

My son and I just started this one. He picked out the color. At first I was not too crazy about the color choice -Testors gold base with transparent green as a top coat but now I'm not hating it.

Actually, it's kind of a nice change to see one of those that isn't painted some shade of red. Got any more pics of the body/paint? It's looking good so far.

Nice color. I want to build one in sunburst orange. I think you over-petinaed the ford a little though. It does look good. Got pics of that one? It looks sweet.

thanks for the comments all. Yeah I tried my luck on the "salt" process on the 36 ford for my first try I was pleased, definaly must try again. I am tring to get better with taking and posting pictures I'll try and post more tonight. Oh and the Nova was a case of "When decals go bad" The black stripes on both the hood and trunk lifted when I clear coated it.

I reckon that's a really nice colour. Not much of a green person, but I like that. It will look even better when you put the chrome highlights on it.
