A long set-aside project that was started in probably late 1991 or early 1992, based on the kit copyright date of 1991 and the Motor Trend Magazine article from April 1991 I used as reference.

Here's the "On the Workbench" thread for this one. More pictures in my photobucket album.

Green paint is Tamiya Park Green, with Future on top.

Tony, you did a great job replicating the 1:1. This just proves what a few good reference pics can lead to. ;)

I have to admit that I prefer my cars older & rounder (a bit like me) but every now & again a model comes along & I think;

“Yes, if I could build em I’d like em to look just like thatâ€.

This model has that effect on me.

I love the subject, the colour, the execution, the stance in fact I cannot see anything about it I don’t like.

I doff my cap.
