DAYTIME Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 I use the red Bondo from the tube also. Works great.
highway Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 I also have been using the red Bondo Spot & Glaze putty for a little while and have been having good results from it. I did find if you are trying to use it in a large area, though, it isn't very good, but it is great for seams and smaller areas. The way I found it was not great for large areas was in trying to use it to shape the roof of this sleeper I modified to the shape of the original parts. The original roof has a slight curve in the roof top, and I just could not get the red putty to take the shape, so I used regular Bondo. As you can see by the red spots, though, they is still plenty of the red putty in the sleeper, too!
MikeMc Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 (edited) I still prefer this: The two part catalyst putty from Bondo. Mark.......you pictured the one part.......2 part is marked "professional"...see pic Edited July 25, 2010 by MikeMc
