This is a 1998 Chevrolet Montecarlo droven by Dale Earnhardt in the 1998 "The Winston" event in Charlotte Motorspeedway, unfortunately he chrashed after Dalle Waltrip brakes the oil hose and the oil is throw to the track, make dale and John Andretti spin in to the Wall. The paint is Humbrol dont say what kind of gold but it matches very well, the black is Tamiya X1, and the decals and tire decals are from PowerSlide decals. Hope evereyone enjoy it!

It looks like you did a very nice job, Jose. I'm happy to see you used the aftermarket decals, the kit Revell did of this particular car doesn't have correct decals. I have this one on the "to do" list along with many other Earnhardt models.

Nice detail. I like the exhaust work. Looks like the weld marks made on the boom tubes that they use from dr gas. If you want to look at the real pipes they get them from www.drgas.com

One thing, not to nit pick or anything, the weight jack screws do not come through the glass. They actually have this funnel shaped tube that comes almost right up to the glass itself. And most use a red circle around the glass to draw attention to it. The adjusters are the black rods in this pic. They don't even come close to the holes in the glass.
