Hello All.

Tried some different ways to take outdoor photos.

Still have to place the motor and fuel lines along with tons of other details, but it is getting closer.

Found a set of decals on evilbay but they are not the right year. They may have to do if my decal source falls through.

End of story here are the photos. :)

Do you guys ever make any mistakes on your builds??

Looking great.

Cool car to make a model of. I would remove the scoop base, and fill the hood with styrene, so those injector stacks are fully visible. Like on the real thing. Why almost hide those cool injection tubes? It will be some more work, but worth it in the end, trust me. I've always thought these things are manly....cool, whatever you want to call it.

Thanks everyone.

I think Dave is right about the headers. They were in the parts box and I did have a Pro Stock Olds that I used for parts for a Volare Pro Stock.

I have another hood I am working on just like you said. Filled in and flat. Body work is not my strong point so this hood is the back up plan if the other one fails horribly.

Thanks again!

I changed the hood and did some detailing and lost some parts to the carpet monster!

Still going to change out the one goofy looking stack.

Ha!

Just my luck! I looked all over trying to find good photos of the 70 and 71 Cudas and found very little until now when the car is almost done.

Oh well.
