The Modeling Hermit Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Back in the days of unleaded gas, the cars had a reddish film around the carbs. This differed due to the amount of lead in the fuel and how well the cars were maintained. Does anybody have some good detail pictures of this?
Cato Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Here are mine run on C-12. Sorry no red film, mostly brown/gray around the boosters. The pipes get nice and light gray running this leaded gas.
