Taurus cop car question

Was wondering if anyone could tell me a bit about the AMT Taurus police car kit. Is it a reboxed SHO or, is it a base model Taurus?

its an SHO.

Not only is it a reboxed SHO with cop car goodies added, but they failed to add the air cooling slots in the front facia to either side of the Ford logo.
